NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Santa Fe Experience Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Learn Churn Inc., owner and operator of SantaFeNearMe.com (“Sponsor”).

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on August 11, 2026 and ends on Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Learn Churn Inc., as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, visit SantaFeNearMe.com and complete the official Santa Fe Experience Giveaway entry form.

Entrants may be asked to provide information including their:

• Name
• Valid email address
• ZIP code
• Age/eligibility confirmation
• Interests relating to Santa Fe
• Reason for visiting or interest in Santa Fe

Unless otherwise stated on the entry form, limit one entry per person and per email address during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Purchasing a product, booking an experience, visiting a participating business, following a social media account, or otherwise doing business with Sponsor or any participating partner will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified.

4. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Entry into the Giveaway does not require an entrant to purchase a product or service.

Where presented, entrants may separately choose to receive travel recommendations, Santa Fe stories, trip-planning ideas, promotions, partner features, future giveaways and other communications from SantaFeNearMe.

Any marketing consent presented during entry is separate from entry into the Giveaway and is not required to participate or win.

Entrants who elect to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe in accordance with the instructions contained in those communications.

5. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Santa Fe Experience, currently anticipated to include:

🏡 Two-Night Stay at Casas de Delgado

A two-night stay at Casas de Delgado, an award-winning historic Santa Fe property remodeled by Zachary & Sons Homes and located near Canyon Road within Santa Fe’s historic Eastside.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $956

Stay is subject to availability and applicable property rules. The winner may select any date within one (1) year of winning, subject to availability and any blackout dates communicated to the winner.

🏺 $500 Nambé Gift Card

One $500 Nambé Gift Card, subject to Nambé’s applicable gift card terms, conditions and restrictions.

ARV: $500

📖 I Stole the Wolf’s Clothing

A copy of Amanda M. Heller’s poetry collection, I Stole the Wolf’s Clothing.

🎨 Original Artwork

Original artwork from a participating artist as identified by Sponsor.

ARV: $500

Specific artwork and/or artist may be identified during the Giveaway Period.

✨ Additional Experiences and Prizes

Sponsor may announce additional participating businesses, artists, products or experiences during the Giveaway Period.

Any additional prize that becomes part of the Grand Prize package will be identified on SantaFeNearMe.com together with its applicable approximate retail value and any material restrictions.

Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $1,969.

The total announced value of all prizes offered in this Giveaway is intended not to exceed $5,000.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prize components have no cash alternative except where required by law.

Prize components may not be transferred or sold before being awarded except at Sponsor’s discretion or where required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, local or other taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize, as applicable.

The winner is also responsible for any costs or expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules as being included.

Gift cards, accommodations, products and experiences supplied by participating partners may be subject to additional reasonable terms, availability requirements, expiration dates or restrictions imposed by their respective providers.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The drawing is anticipated to occur on or about December 1, 2026 (the day after Cyber Monday).

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or other contact information supplied with the winning entry.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and may be required to complete and return reasonable eligibility, liability, tax or prize-acceptance documentation before receiving the prize.

The potential winner will have 48 hours after Sponsor’s initial notification to respond unless Sponsor provides a longer period.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within the required period;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Declines the prize; or
• Fails to complete required documentation;

Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The winner and any accompanying guest are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The winner and guest must comply with all reasonable rules and policies applicable to Casas de Delgado.

Sponsor and participating partners are not responsible for transportation delays, cancellations, weather, personal scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances that may affect the winner’s ability to use the lodging prize.

Dates are subject to availability and must be coordinated in advance.

10. PARTICIPATING PARTNERS

Participating promotional and/or prize partners may include:

Zachary & Sons Homes Nambé Symphonic Soul Lone Loba / Amanda M. Heller Participating artists and other Santa Fe businesses and experience providers announced during the Giveaway.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, participating prize contributors and promotional partners are not the Sponsor or administrator of the Giveaway.

Learn Churn Inc. is the Sponsor and operator of the Giveaway.

11. SANTAFENEARME TRIP PLANNING AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Entrants may have opportunities to use SantaFeNearMe to plan trips, discover businesses and experiences, submit recommendations, or share Santa Fe stories.

Using these additional features is not required to enter or win and does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Recommendations, stories, trip-planning activities, purchases, bookings and interactions with participating businesses do not constitute additional entries unless Sponsor expressly announces a separate lawful method of entry in these Official Rules.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by name and general city/state of residence in connection with announcing the results of the Giveaway without additional compensation.

Any additional use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, interview, recorded appearance or personal story for promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy disclosures and policies.

Information necessary to administer the Giveaway may be used to verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Consent to receive promotional email or other marketing communications is not required to enter or win.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, interfere with operation of the Giveaway, submit fraudulent entries, circumvent entry limitations, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the affected period.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily disqualify otherwise valid eligible entries.

15. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and participating prize and promotional partners are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries or claims arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

16. INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway may be advertised or promoted through Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Entrants understand that information submitted through the official Giveaway entry process is being provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Facebook.

17. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws applicable to Sponsor, without depriving entrants of any non-waivable consumer rights provided by the laws of their state of residence.
